72 hours. 3 Cities. 30 locations. 360 degrees. 6 GoPro cameras. And over 40km covered on foot. Hyperactive was briefed to capture the glorious cities of Paris, Marseille and Lyon, some of Eurostar’s direct destinations, in virtual reality to give travellers a taste of the action before they travel. The VR content was shot and edited in house by the Hyperactive production team who specialise in 360 formats. We produced a selection of films to be used across owned and earned channels. Hyperactive developed a bespoke app to run on Samsung Galaxy / Samsung Gear VR that allowed participants to select the VR film of their choice with a simple eye movement.
